  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. RETURNS All sales are final – once a customer makes a purchase, they will not be able to return that item for a replacement or refund.   
  • All sales are final NO Refunds or Exchange will be accepted. Customer is responsible for ensuring products are ordered correctly. If the order details are incorrect please send an email to mogulfied_customwigs@yahoo.com for any corrections, before your product(s) are custom made and shipped out.

Please allow 48 hours for your payment to be processed. Processing time is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We will not be held liable for any order delays due to incorrect shipping and billing address. Please make sure you enter your address correctly including building and apartment numbers. If you enter your shipping address incorrectly, please email mogulfied_customwigs@yahoo.com to have it updated immediately. If your BILLING & SHIPPING address do not match you will be completely REFUNDED A shipping confirmation email will be sent as soon as your unit has left our facility. Please keep in mind once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of them.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
